Single CD distro

  • Phase I


    • Setup MercE by hand on Ubuntu with all .deb packages

    • Make list of all changes to be done to pkg config of Ubuntu

    • Make list of all changes to be done to MercE source (paths of dirs etc.)


  • Phase II


    • Make .deb of MercE distro with all dependencies. (Hint: apt-get install merce)

    • Write install-time config scripts

  • Phase III


    • Integrate Ubuntu with MercE in 1 CD with 1 installer
