Clamd and Freshclam, Merce Insight

Please add an item on each of the following:

- Checking Clamd and Freshclam synchronization
- Merce Insight configuration
- Jignesh is writing a script for data backup in incremental
mode for selected files and Merce database tables

Some changes in the above items:

- (2): it is not backup, it is either D2D mirroring, or server
to server mirroring

I will add feedback after going through my notes on Zodiac
and TDACap.
