Modi Escalation process for Reliance IDC
As per SPF-5739 , your service has been provisioned on 15-02-08.
Request you to follow the following procedure for any Changes / Assistance / Technical Problems.
1. Log the complaint with IDC Response by putting mail to IDC response about the problem. Pls also
provide the Group Mail ID where the confirmation of call Logged can be mailed by IDC response.
