Desktop/ Panel Not visible at 2coms for a User running thick/thin client.

1. Open a ticket for the problem, Giving description about the problem.

2. Login into the Merce server.

3. Confirm with the client that the User is logged of on all machines.

4. Go to the home directory of the user facing problem.

5. Check if there are any process running by that user by using the following command.
# ps auxwww | grep

6. Kill all the processes if any running as the user using the following command. # resetthin

7. Remove the following dirs from the user home directories.
1. ~/.gnome/
2. ~/.gnome2/

8. Ask the user to login again.

9. Confirm with the user if the problem has been solved.

10. Send an email that the problem has been fixed.

11. Close the ticket.
