There are two ways in which we address the market: direct sales and channel sales . Both the sales methods are two distinct sales processes. Direct sales is an activity undertaken by Sales Manager who approaches the prospects directly and is responsible to close the deal. In case of channel sales, the Manager (Channel Sales) will first create the channel partner chain and push them to make sales of our products.
Direct Sales Process:
- Selection of database
- Shortlisting database based on parameters
- Cold calls
- Technical query solving and feedback
- Making notes of all the queries and answers given (verbally or written)
- Demo setup (whenever required)
- Proposal submission
- Negotiation
- Closing the deal
- Handing over the ownership of project to the Project Manager
Channel sales process:
- Database selection and shortlisting
- Working on the client list of the CPs
- Following up on leads
- Making budgetary estimate of total sales expected from CPs
- Providing material, answering queries of the CPs
- Demo Setup whenever required
- Follow up and negotiation
This document will also cover sales training details like dress code, etc.

Fixed the formatting
I fixed the formatting of the text, put in the H3 tags and bulletted lists. Please continue developing the material... it looks very promising as of now.
