When I want to check claims as a reporting officer, the list should be sorted to show all 'requested' claims at the top, and other claims below. As I keep marking a claim 'approved' or 'denied', the claim should move below, with the other claims whose state is not 'requested'. Only the 'requested' claims should be shown at the top of the list.
