• Enable Remote Access
• Disable Remote Access
• Stopping Mail Flow
• Starting Mail Flow
• Allow access to a site through proxy
• Block access to a site through proxy
• Request for a log of mail
• Request to generate a new VPN Key pair and configuration for a new User/Machine
• Request to create a User
• Request to add an Alias
• Request to restore a file from backup
• Request to restore a mail folder from backup
• Add a domain for client in easydns, netsol, net4domains, etc.
• Check free disk space of client servers on a regular basis.
• Check log rotation on client servers.
• Check Backup being taken regularly or not
